1. Are you a manufacture company ?
We are a professional manufacture company with our own International Trade Department, we have our own business, design, research and production Departments. Our company and factory is located in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. OEM & ODM are available.
2. How about delivery time?
1. The usual stock products will ship within 3days after we got full payment.

Yes, samples can be provided with customer's requirements, but we will collect sample fees before you place a formal order with us. (To be negotiated).

6. What about the payment?
1. All order is only accepted pay by T/T at recently.
-full payment for one set order by T/T.
-30% deposit before the ordering.70% balance should be paid off before shipment.
2.The L/C payment term is usually accepted for container goods and government under control import country(such as Bangladesh,Pakistan,Iran,Algeria,etc).
3.The paypal is also acceptable for small quantity.As the bank charges here in large currency. So we would like to collect you some at cost fee. We advised that not use it with extra cost.
4.The Western Union/Money gram.etc.is only suitable for total amount under USD1000.
5.We also welcome to place in trade assurance by Alibaba.

Goods will be100% inspected before shipment. We offer one year warranty. We would request detailed images of any problems or warranty claims-provide emails with detailed pictures, we will dispatch replacement parts asap to repair the products or alternatively supply replacements in subsequent order.
