Gas Flow Sensor --- AFM3000
The AFM3000 Sensor is a flow sensor designed specifically for ventilator applications. It measures the flow rate of air, oxygen and other non-aggressive gases with superb accuracy. Special design in the air duct enables very low pressure loss of the flow body through the transducer, making it suitable for a variety of demanding applications, such as medical ventilation and breathing applications.

The AFM3020 operates with a 5V supply voltage and has a digital I2C interface. The output measurement results are internally calibrated and temperature-compensated. The sensor is connected by a thermal sensing chip and a high-performance CMOS microprocessor integrated with 24-bit AD acquisition. The gas flow rate is measured by the thermal sensor chip, ensuring very fast signal processing time and the best accuracy compared to similar products.
