CANTINA DI SANTADI
An epochal turning point for Cantina Santadi, considered today among the most important wineries in Italy and with a network presence in over 40 countries, arrives in 1980 thanks to the collaboration with the internationally renowed oenologist Giacomo Tachis (father of SASSICAIA).We respect for nature and territorial tradition aims to produce the best wine.
Vineyards
We cultivate in a diameter of about 30 km of vineyards to produce D.O.C. wines from Sardinia, Italy.

Pre-harvest: Inspect and collect grape samples, assess ripeness and make initial selections
Delivery to winery: weighed, analyzed and sorted according to variety and quality.
Fermentation: Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at about 20-22°C.
Maceration: The period of skin-contact maceration, during which the must is pumped over the cap several times, lasts one to two weeks according to grape variety.
