Almonds are rich with vitamin E and calcium, contains iron, phosphorus, vegetable protein and B vitamins. Orange peel contains a lot of ascorbic acid and vitamin A, calcium, other vitamins and minerals, and a large amount of essential oils. Honey has a high content of iron, copper and potassium. It is a source of easily digestible carbohydrates - glucose and fructose.
