Carbon forming machine, smokeless charcoal barbecue briquetting machine and peat briquetting machines have the electrical system of power mechanism and adopts button centralized control, which can realize three working modes: adjustment, manual and semi-automatic. The working pressure, pressing speed and slider stroke of the machine can be adjusted according to the process needs, and can complete three process modes: ejection process, without ejection process and stretching process. Each process can be selected from two process actions: constant pressure and constant range. The constant pressure forming process has pressure holding, time delay and automatic return after pressing.

It is used for drawing, bending, extrusion, forming and other processes of sheet metal in industries such as automobile, tractor, rolling stock, ship, motor and instrument, as well as power industry and aviation industry. Firstly, fruit wood, sawdust, coconut shell, palm shell, wood or other biomass are carbonized into carbon by carbonization furnace. According to customer's raw material and site, you can choose continuous carbonization furnace, horizontal charcoal making stove and hoisting carbonization furnace.
Secondly, carbon can be crushed into carbon powder by dust-free grinder. (According to the shape of raw materials, it can ignore this step.）
Thirdly, carbon powder are stirred by double shaft mixer and mixer. (According to the shape of raw materials, it can ignore this step.）
In the end, carbon powder can be be shaped by carbon forming machine and if drying is required and entering the dryer by drying.
