Writing Test Machine
Tondaus will test the writing of the marker regularly through machine,which is one of standards of qualified product.
Tondaus will arrange particular personnel to supervise the production the whole time to control each step of production strictly.
Control Materials Strictly
Tondaus will proceed relevant tests for incoming materials each time to ensure the quality of accessories. If appear bad accessories, the materials will be rejected to receive.
Q&A
Question 1 : Why are there still any traces before packing?
Answer : It was because client used wrong model, which resulted in longer vanishing time.Try to use the quicker vanishing one. Please ensure that the trace had disappeared before package, if not ,the trace will not disappear and turn to yellow because of no air.
Question 2 : Why does the trace disappear so quickly that there is no trace when assemble the sole?
Answer : It was because client used wrong model, which resulted in shorter vanishing time. Please try to use slower one.
Question 3 : Why are the pens difficult to auto-vanish on fabric?
Answer : There are some types for fabric only in Tondaus. Such as A2, A3, A4, A5.
Question 4 : Why does auto-vanishing pen in white ink not disappear automatically?
Answer : All kinds of auto-vanishing pens in white ink can not disappear automatically around the world,but ours can be removed by water.Please try it before placing large order.
Question 5 : What can we do if the trace of auto-vanishing pen can not be seen under dark materials?
Answer : Please use Tondaus® frixion pen in white ink, but you need to be attention to its physical nature. It will disappear over 50 ℃,and reappear under 15 ℃.Please try it before placing large order.
Question 6 : What can we do if the trace turns to yellow?
Answer : It was because client used wrong model, which resulted in longer vanishing time.Try to use the quicker vanishing one. Please ensure that the trace had disappeared before package.
Question 7 : Why does the writing disappear at once when we write on some materials like rubber?
Answer : The chemical materials on the material's surface has chemical reaction with the ink, which makes the trace disappear at once.Please try to use silver pen or UV pen.
Question 8 : What are the differences in A2, A3, A4, A5, A8,A11, A13?
Answer : The smaller number is , the faster writing disappears.
Question 9 : What are the differences between A8 and B8?
Answer ：Their disappearing time and color are different. A8 is in red ink, B8 is in blue ink.
