What’s the payment terms?
The down payment is 30% of total amount, remaining balance before shipment.

What is the MOQ?
The MOQ is 1*40”HQ, for every single piece should be 10 sets. For small quantity order, shipping cost will be very high since furniture packing size is very long or heavy.

What is the standard production time for each order?
Usually, the production time for each order is around 30 days, but the actual time will be subject to the order quantity, packaging way and busy season etc. For the stock items, shipment can be done within 7 days after received the payment.

Do you offer custom packaging?
Yes, we are able to provide custom packaging based on certain quantity, like printed bag, color box etc. Please contact us for more details.

Do you accept OEM order?
We do accept OEM order, MOQ should be 500 sets per model.


What is your lead time and cost for samples?
1. For existing samples, they are free of charge and we usually get them ready in 7 days. For customized samples, the cost and sampling time will be up to the requirements.
2. For all the samples, we will send them freight collect. If you do not have a courier account, we can send them using our account after receiving the payment via PayPal.
