A2: Yes. Please send a request to our sales team to see what products are in stock.
Q3: Can you produce customized goods?
A3: Yes. Please send us the details such as materials, Logo design and technique, and any other specifications.
Q4: How can we follow-up on our order while it is in the process?
A4: Our teams are going to follow you up constantly with pictures and email throughout the process. If you have any other requirements, please tell us.
Q5: How long is your sample time and delivery time?
A5: Usually sample time needs 7-10 days.
And we will deliver the goods in 20-30 days after the payment and all detailed confirmed.
Q6: Can you send samples before the bulk production?
A6: After the sample deposit confirmation, we will start the sample making process.
Once the sample is done we will send to you according to your needs.
Q7: What is the turn around time for bulk production?
A7: This is informed by one of our sales members in the quotation process, but after payment is confirmed we usually take about 25-30 days to finish the production.
