Jaw crushers are used for coarse grinding brittle, medium-hard to hard materials up to a Mohs’ hardness of approx. Working principle

The mobile crushing plant includes vibrating feeder, stone crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, magnetic separator etc. When gravel stone is fed to vibrating feeder by the loader, they are crushed by heavy hammer crusher. The crusher materials will go to vibrating screen by foldable belt conveyor. After screen, the unqualified stone will go to crush again, the other qualified aggregates will be piled for further processing, such as removing iron, separating wood chips, cleaning etc.

Mobile crusher station is a full hydraulic drive tracked vehicle chassis with mobile crushing screening equipment, DongMeng independent research and development. The machine has the advantages of compact structure, reliable performance, beautiful appearance, high automation level. With full hydraulic drive tracked vehicle, optimization with high performance crusher, vibrating screen, electric control cabinet, generators and other equipment, form a complete crushing system. Q1:Installation?
Answer:At the client’s request, DongMeng can provide installation Technicians to supervise and assist in the assembly and commissioning of the equipment. Travel and accommodation costs.
Q2:Payment?
Answer:30% by TT as deposit on signing the contract, 70% by as final payment of balance after the client’s satisfactory inspection of the equipment prior to the goods leaving the DongMeng factory.
Q3:What about Warranty? what will we do if the machine is broken down?
Answer:The warranty period for all of DongMeng’s structural and mechanical equipment is one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is half one year. Wear parts are not covered by warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
