Q2: What are main rack and add on rack?
A : The difference between these two kinds of racks is upright. Main rack is the start rack with 2 uprights and add on rack is the continue rack with only 1 upright. For example, if there are 15 wall racks against the wall, the structure will be 1 mail rack+ 14 add on racks.
Q4: How to install your shelves or racks ?
A: Our shelves or racks are easy installation.Most of them are without any screw or nut.We can provide detailed install instruction or install videos for your reference.If you fail,we will teach you through video connection.
Q5: Do you provide customized service?
A： Yes, we accept customized products and customized packaging. Our design team will make CAD layout or 3D effective drawing to meet your needs and expections.
Q6: What is the material of your products?
A：Our products are mainly made of metal and wood, but we also produce accessory shelves or displays with titanium alloy, acrylic, glass, etc.
Q7: What is the price of your products?
A：There are different sizes and load capacity with our products .To save your time, pls tell us the requirement. So we can quote a right price for u.
Q8: What's your delivery time?
A： In general, our delivery time is within 15 days base on the MOQ.
It will be negotiated based on the order quantity and shelving designs.
Q9: What is your payment term?
A: 30% of deposit upon signing the PI, and the balance will be paid before delivery.
We accept T/T, L/C at sight ,Western Union, Paypal or Trade Assurance.
It's recommended to make payment by Ali trade assurance.
