1.How long can I get the sample?Sample order 3-7 days, production order within 35-45 days
2.What's the colors available? Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?
Customized color is accpetable and we have black, red, blue, white , green, grey etc. Yes,we can produce according to your samples and drawings.
3.How to use ceramic bbq grill?
--Prepare appropriate amount of charcoal and a fire starter, then lighting the charcoal(the charcoal will be lighted within ten minutes);
--Put your cooking grid on the top of the fire ring, keep the top and bottom vent are open to make sure the ceramic bbq grill are well ventilated;
--About ten minutes later, put your food on the cooking grid, take care of the inside temperature of the grill, make some adjustment according to the thermometer; --Few minutes later, the food will be well cooked.
4.What's your terms of payment?
T/T, L/C, and 30% T/T as the deposit, the balance payment should be paid before shipping and Alibaba trade assurance acceptable.
