Product Overview



Lime rotary kiln making plant is the main equipment for clalcing lime,ceramisite, cement clinker and it can be used widely for cement industry,metallurgy industry, chemical industry, etc.
The rotary kiln is composed of the shell, the supporting device, the supporting device with thrust roller, the driving device, the movable kiln head, the sealing device at kiln tail, the combustion device, etc.








PROCESS PROCESS


The main equipment of lime rotary kiln for calcining lime is rotary kiln and cooler. Auxiliary equipment is limestone feeding equipment, dust filter equipment and burning equipment.
The limestone is crushed to 10mm-50mm by the crusher and fed into the rotary kiln uniformly and quantificationally by vibrating feeder and belt conveyor.
Limestone is fed into a rotary kiln. Depending on the inclination of the kiln and the gentle rotation, the limestone moves toward the outlet while the limestone is calcined by the hot gas from the burner and is cooled slightly before the exit. Discharge into the cooler through the outlet in the smoke hood of the kiln.
