Mixed samples are acceptable.
However customer has to pay for the product cost and shippingcost.

A: Sample needs 5-10 days, mass production time needs 15-45 days for orders.
3. Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 2 years warranty to our products.
4.How do you sove the complaint from customer?
A: Find the key point of complaint firstly,take steps to solve it.
If the mistake belong us,we will bear all losses.
Production Lead Time:
1.High Season(September to April): 35-60 days
2.Low Season( May to August) :around 15-35 days
3.We will come up with a detailed production schedule for
each order and this schedule will be a platform for onward
communication between customers and us."
