1. Q: Can I adjust paper cutting size?

A: Generally, you can choose one size in 25/50/75mm. If you want others, we can adjust it well before delivery. If you want to adjust cutting size freely, an reducer should be added. While the cutting size is still in a range.

2. Q: What if the blade wears?

A: Our blade material is wear-resistant Cr12mov, so please don’t worry about it. Just be noted that don’t shred hard material like stone and iron. Besides, we can give you one set of blade as spare parts.

3. Q: Do I need a blade sharpener in case it blunts?

A: It depend on shred material. When you shred papers, it’s needed and the blade should be sharpened on a weekly basis. While it’s not necessary for cloth.

4. Q: What’s the difference between iron roller and plastic roller?

A: Iron rolls suits hard material, like paper. Plastic roller suits fiber in case it coils on the roller.
