Measure to the desired length
Fold the pant cuff up while wearing and pin to hold. (Recommendable cut a little longer than the desired length while without shoes)
Cut hem tape off
Measure the length of tape you need and leave at least an extra 2cm, then cut off.
Press it with an iron
Place the tape over the folded part and give it a firm press with an iron. The fix will be clean and blends well into the rest of the fabric without leaving any fray edge.
