Pitot Tube Flowmeter
Pitot tube flowmeter is a plug-in installation method based on the working principle of differential pressure pitot tube. It is a high-precision measurement sensor, which can be used in a very harsh and complex environment. It can measure wet gas and liquid, and maintain good performance.
Working principle
This product does not belong to throttling device, and the basic equation of throttling device cannot be used. This product is a hydrodynamic flowmeter. The basic principle is as follows: the pressure measured by the high-pressure tap and the low-pressure tap is transmitted to the high-pressure chamber and the low-pressure chamber inside the detection rod respectively. After averaging here, the "average total pressure" and "average back pressure" are obtained, which are transmitted to the high-pressure chamber and the low-pressure chamber of the differential pressure transmitter respectively, and the differential pressure signals of the two are converted into current signals, After the display instrument (or computer) calculation and processing, the fluid flow can be known
