Spare part knives are used on our machine GZB-125 Meat Bowl Cutter Machine. It is not suitable for other model meat bowl cutter machine from other factories. 

 Install the knives

Steps: a). Mount a 15mm washer.

     b). Mount the first cutter pair.

     c). Mount the second cutter pair which shall form a 60^oC with the first cutter pair. Later mount the third cutter pair which shall form a 60^oC with the second cutter pair.

d). Cover installation.

e). Tighten the cover nut.

Matters needing attention

Cutter sharpening of the chopping knives

1. Pay attention to the balance degree here when sharpening. Make sure the weight difference between each two knives shall be no greater than 5g.


2. No sharpening has been carried out on the end of the shopping knives because this part doesn’t work to cutting but to ensure the distance between the knife end and the chopping and mixing pot.
