Our belt fertilizer conveyor is a high-efficiency and easy-operation material transporting machine. The organic &compound fertilizer conveyor can convey not only detrital materials, such as ferilizer, pellets et., but also packed products. Belt conveyor is widely used in ferilizer, metallurgy, coal, transportation, water and electricity, and chemical industry etc.
In the whole organic & compound fertilizer production line, the high-efficiency fertilizer conveyor conveys the material from the original material feeding point to the final discharge point, which realizes the continuously uninterrupted transport and ensures the normal operation of the whole line. Belt Fertilizer Conveyor Working Principle:
The belt fertilier conveyor machine consists of rack, conveyer belt,carrier roller, rotary drum, tensioning gear, and transmission gear.
Belt conveyor system consists of two pulleys (sometimes referred to as drums), with an endless loop of carrying medium-the conveyor belt-that rotates about them. One of the pulleys is powered, moving the belt and the material on the belt forward. The powered pulley is called the drive pulley while the unpowered pulley is called turnabout drum. The drive pulley is driven by electric motor through reducer, and is installed on the discharge side to increase tractive force. The conveyer belt is driven by friction between drive pulley and itself. Materials are fed on feeding side, then fall on the rotating conveyer belt, and discharged relying on friction.
