Notice

1. Before starting milling, mechanical inspection and pre-work preparations must be done, the motor is turned on, and the milling operation can be performed after the machine tool runs normally.

2. When cutting, grooving, and threading operations, select the milling cutter according to the mouth shape, groove shape and line shape of the processing component. When choosing an assembled milling cutter, install the blade on the tool holder, then place it on the platform to check the evenness of the blade edge at a right angle, and install the milling cutter on the cutter shaft.
3. When processing larger components, it should be operated by two people. The advancing and pulling should be closely coordinated, and the speed should be uniform and not too fast. It should be adapted to the rotation speed of the milling cutter. When the component is processed to about 200mm, it can be pushed with a wooden stick to prevent hand injury.
4. When the cutting operation is carried out, two people are generally required to operate. When the wood passes 15mm of the cutting edge, the wood can be pressed by hand and slowly pulled.
5. When the integral milling cutter is selected, it can be installed directly. After the milling cutter and the cutter shaft are fastened, turn the handwheel to adjust the milling cutter to the desired height. Adjust the guide plate and install it firmly, and cover the protective cover. During operation, start the motor, and after the operation is normal, push the component forward along the table against the guide plate, press the component with the left hand, and push the component with the right hand.
6. When the tenoning operation is performed, the wood can be clamped on the trolley, and the end of the wood can be pulled out of the tenon when the trolley moves forward.
7. When milling curved parts, it is necessary to design a curved guide plate to replace the guide ruler according to the shape of the part, and fix the guide plate on the worktable. The curved surface of the mold should be consistent with the curved surface of the part to be processed. During operation, clamp the part on the mold, so that the curved surface of the mold slides against the curved surface of the guide plate, and the curved surface of the part is processed by the cutter head.
