3. Q: What is your MOQ for private label?

A: MOQ is 1000 pcs each color. Suggest you to try several colors for better sales.

4. Q: How can i get a sample before making an order?

A: You are interested samples could be sent out in 2-3 days by DHL, FEDEX, UPS, special line and so on.

5. Q: How long is the lead time?

A: Usually, it takes 15-20 days for mass production after confirming order details, and 5-15 days for low quantity.

6. Q: Which port can be chosen for shipping?

A: You can choose Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Ningbo or Shanghai.

7. Q: Is it really necessary to do the Skin Allergy Patch(Alert) Test before each application?

A: Yes. The Allergy Alert Test must be completed 24h before each colour application, even if you have previously used the same hair colourant or a hair colourant of any other brand.

8. Q: Can I use this product on my facial hair?

A: No, you can't apply this product to your facial or body hair or for any purpose other than coloring your hair. Irritation or injury could occur.

9. Q: When’s the best time to apply?

A: The best time to colour is your hair has been cut. DO NOT apply after shampooing to avoid irritation.

10. Q: What kind of shampoo should I use?

A: The shampoo is designed for colour-treated hair. Using a conditioner will help lock in colour and minimize fading. Professional hair shampoo and hair mask in small packs are for color care provided in kit on trial.

11. Q: What if I’ve used another product before?

A: You can still use our products, there is not any effect.
