Operation steps
Note: The method to judge the glue side of lamination film: The bright side
generally base film side, which contacts the rubber roller. the dark side the glue side, spread with adhesive.As the two sides are similar in matte film, please be very careful during installation. If it is still hard to identify the glue side, use the method of partial heating by lighter. The side where glue melts is the glue side.
Remember that the glue side must have its back to the rubber roller no matter what film loading method is adopted.
Special hint: During thermal lamination, the upper and lower film widths must be the same, and the upper and lower positions must be aligned(You can verify it through trial running without heating.) The adhesive will accumulate on the heating rubber roller in the following cases:1) Only one roll of film is in use.
2) The upper and lower film widths are different.
3) The side spread with adhesive faces the rubber roller.
4) One roll or two rolls of film deviate or the upper and lower positions are n aligned.
