Steel Bar Grating, also known as Welded Steel Bar Grate, is made by Carbon or mild steel of certain sizes through the processing of grooving, lock-pressure, welding, finishing and other treatment. Industrial bar gratings can be actually made from copper, aluminum and other materials, while galvanized steel grating is the mostly used one due to its economic cost and good property. And it is extremely strong and durable for all load bearing applications and is primarily used for pedestrian and light vehicle traffic. Steel bar grating is available in a variety of bearing bar spacing and thicknesses depending on applications and load requirements. Available in either smooth top or serrated for slip resistance.

2. what is the quantity of galvanization? And how long will it last? 

We do our galvanization as American standard, it is usually 460g per square meter that is 60-80 microns per square meter.And it can last at least 50 years. For thicker one, we can also make it.
