speed can reach 100-140 bags/min, the machine is more stable!!

We have machines of two speeds,1.high speed:100-140 bags/min 2.general speed:80-100 bags/min.

VPD250 four side seal wet wipes machine
Function :
Loading one packing film roll→1st Sealed(Left+right+bottom sides)→Loading two
non woven rolls→fold→cut off→Insert tissue & fill liquid→2nd sealed(Left+right+up+bottom sides)→embossing Lot No.
→tear/notch mak- ing→cut off & output by robot arm.
Speed:80-120 bags/min or 100-140 bags/min,we have different model of wet wipes machine,machine can meet the requirements of
various sizes.

Main Features

1. All stainless aspect 304 Grade, 316 stainless steel and PU materials for liquid contact.
2. Control system: PLC control.
3. Control panel:Digital Touch screen.
4. Touch screen showing clearly capacity of the machine per min, the temperature and parameter of the machine.
5. tear notch is used the way of punch,there are two types ’-’ and ‘V’ for your choose.
6. Smart PLC temperature control with precision of ±2 degree.
7. desired number of automatic alarm reminder, desired number of automatic batching and stacking.
8. Free switching for single and double packets of the products.
9. The machine works stably and continuously, and is suitable for all kinds of four side sealing products such as wet wipes, alcohol cotton chips / cosmetic cotton.
10. Spray pump imported from Japan is adopted, with accuracy increased by 0.01ml/time. A variety of liquids are available. It can add one liquid to each bag, or all liquids in the same bag.
