1). Can I order my own logo cap hat?
Sure, we have been customizing caps hats over 12 years, just send us your design or logo, we can make your own logo cap.
2). Can I get a sample to check quality?
Yes, pls send us your design tech pack or details, we can get a start soon.
3). What color can you offer?
Pls contact us, we can send you color swatches for your checking and picking up.
4.)Do you have catalogue can send me?
No problem, pls feel free to contact us then we can send you soon.
5).What’s your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ need 100pcs with stock available fabric and color.
6).What if there are defective products when I receive the production?
Pls contact us as soon as possible to check, we can discuss to help solve the problem.
7). How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it take 2-3 days and we can offer for free.
If to customize your own design, it take about 5-7 workdays.
8). How long is the production time?

Definitely yes, we can send you our BSCI, ISO9001 and Sedex report for your checking if needed. We can also arrange other factory audits as per your instructions if need.
