ZRJ-100 Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer

     Vacuum homogenizing emulsifying pot: It is made of three layers. The inner wall thickness is 4mm, the middle layer thickness is 4mm, the outer layer thickness is 3mm, and the special bright treatment. This machine adopts the upper homogenizer, and the homogenization time can be set according to different products. The voltage is 380V, The power is 3KW Siemens variable frequency motor, the maximum speed is 6000 rpm. The homogenizer is made of advanced German technology and has a unique structure. The material moves at high speed in the gap between the multilayer rotor and the stator, forming a strong hydraulic shear and dispersion The materials, at the same time, generate comprehensive forces such as centrifugal extrusion, milling, and collision, and finally make the materials fully mixed, stirred, and refined to meet the ideal requirements. The lid is equipped with an illuminated observation hole to grasp the emulsification status of the product in the pot at any time. The trace material inlet is convenient for special flavor adding process. The operation is convenient for the bottom of the pot to discharge, and the pipe can directly enter the filling machine for sub-packing. At the same time, it also dumps the material for easy cleaning.

     Vacuum system: voltage 380V, power 0.37KW, vacuum suction, using Shanghai Borkang company's rotary vane vacuum pump defoaming treatment (tap water can be circulated and cooled) to improve the homogenization effect.

     Mixing system: equipped with transparent filter monitoring, frequency conversion speed regulation and wall scraping mixing, voltage 380V, power 2.2 KW, 0-120 revolutions per minute.

     Heating system: An electric heating device is attached to the bottom of the host as the host heating, with coil cooling.

     Hydraulic lifting system: voltage 380V, power 1.5KW, hydraulic lifting operation is convenient, which can effectively emulsify materials under closed conditions.

     Control system: The control system is controlled by PLC touch screen, so that the speed and working time of the homogenizer can be adjusted according to the process and characteristics of different products. The electrical control cabinet can turn all the power of the machine on and off, temperature display, control, voltage, and current As well as frequency conversion speed regulation, the homogenizer time settings are reasonably centralized.
