Application:

Evaporative condenser is one of the main heat exchange equipment in refrigerating system, its major task to cool the high temperature that compressor discharged and super heated stream to be liquid refrigerant.

Evaporative condenser is applied widely in the bellowing industry: Business refrigerating system: food processing, logistics fruit and vegetable storage, dairy and drink. brewing and ferment, etc.

Evaporative Condenser Working Principle

Heat exchange takes place between the high-temp Gaseous refrigerant in pipe coil and water sprayed onto it. The high-temp Gaseous refrigerant turns into liquid during the process.

The fresh air travels from the bottom to the top of the condenser, taking away the vapor of the heated spay water. The vapor water will be stopped by the water fender board and flows into the collection basin through pipe coils, and then pumped back into the circulation system. The lost water can be re-supplied with the water level regulator

Axial flow fan

Our product adopt special axial fan with aluminum alloy blade. The structure design of tilting type wind page, streamline inlet air duct, no pulley drive, and adopts the fully enclosed self-cooled low noise special motor. It has the advantage of small size, light weight, good start-up performance, reliable operation and durability.

Water Pump

The water pump adopts high-quality mechanical seals that are not restricted by steering, it has characteristics such as no leakage, long lifetime, less power consumption,large flow, low noise, high efficiency etc. The water pump motor we use famous brand such as Siemens.

Removable dehydrator

Evaporation condenser original removable dehydrator is made of corrosion-resistant PVC material. Its structure makes the air flow direction change can effectively remove the moisture from the coil, so that the water drift rate reaches 0.001%. When the water eliminator or packing is cleaned, the eliminator can be removed easily .

PVC filler heat exchange layer

The specially designed PVC honeycomb cross-flow packing and the shortcut cross-wind structure can maximize the heat exchange between water and air and improve the water cooling effect. It has the advantage of good fire resistance, small drag coefficient, anti-aging, and hard to deform.
