Q: Are all your items in stock?
A: We have myself factory, we can produce according to your requirement; we also have some stock in warehouse but need to
check.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Basically, 1 pallet via sea transportation for the items which we don't have stock in warehouse, and no MOQ for stock. Pls note
that the pallet package provide a better protection for the goods.
Q: What is your normal package?
A: Corrugated Carton Box; packaging depends on the dimension of the items. Or Customized is permitted.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Basically 5-10 Working days after the payment.
Q: Can you do OEM?
A: That is what a factory always does, right? Any products about butyl rubber, acrylic tape, flashing tape etc. you can let us
know, the R&D department is always at your service.
Q: Do you have all Technical Data Sheet for the products?
A: Yes, any doubt about the products, pls let us know.

A: Our factory in Shanghai China, 20,000m².
