Working principle of emulsification and homogenization
1. The head of vacuum emulsifier adopts the claw type bidirectional suction structure, which avoids the dead Angle and eddy current phenomenon caused by the difficulty of feeding.The high speed rotating rotor produces a strong shear force, resulting in a higher shear rate and a stronger shear force.Under the action of centrifugal force produced by the rotor, the material is thrown into the narrow and precise gap between the stator and rotor from the radial direction. It is affected by centrifugal extrusion, impact and other forces, so that the material is fully dispersed, mixed and emulsified.
2.If used in Vacuum homogenizer or pressure vessel, the motor bracket of the shearing machine shall be equipped with the corresponding mechanical seal device.
