HPPE bulletproof fabric / UHMWPE UD is made from 36cN/dtex (40g/D) UHMWPE fiber and main for soft bulletproof vest application. It is using 4 plies Uni-Directional (0/90/0/90 UD) structure which is well known best for anti-ballistic fabrics today. The weight per square meter for NIJ 0101.06 level IIIA protection only needs around 4.8kg after tested.

Polyethylene Unidirectional (UD) SHEET a Lightweight & High Performance Bullet Proof Material

The High Performance Bullet Proof Material - Unidirectional Sheet (or call UD) is made from several layers of the UHMW PE fiber
(Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene Fiber).

All the fibers direction in each layer at 90° to the adjacent layers fibers and
all the fibers are laid paralleled in the same plain. The unidirectional sheet's anti-ballistic performance is higher than other
conventional woven fabrics because the energy transferred from the bullet/ballistic threat to be distributed along the fibers very quick. So, it's a very lightweight one and has high level anti-ballistic performance for both personal and vehicle protection.

UD-SB, it is designed for Soft Ballistic (SB) Applications like Police Soft Anti-Ballistic Vests, Military Soft Anti-Ballistic
Jackets, and Soft Anti-Ballistic Pants and so on. It is very lightweight and flexible for maximum wearing comfort, and the
performance unaffected by moisture. And it's easy to meet NIJ standard 0108.01 / 0101.03 / 0101.04 / 0101.06 Level IIA, II, IIIA.
And also, easy to against 7.62x25mm Tokarev (TT pistol).
UD-HB, it is designed for Hard Ballistic (HB) Applications like Hard Armor Insert Ballistic Plates (included SAPI and ESAPI
Plates), Hard armored vehicle ballistic panels, and ballistic panels for Cars, Doors, Walls, Chairs, Folds, Boats and so on.

It is excellent protection against rifle fire like NATO Ball, AK47, Dragunov and etc. It's easy to meet NIJ standard
0108.01/0101.03/0101.04/0101.06 level IIIA and III after laminated in a prescribed number of layers, using a thermo formable
adhesive film. And can meet level IV after composite with Boron ceramic or Silicone Carbide or Aluminum Oxide or others.

It is easy to cut by laser or another professional cutter and can add more layers than the minimum to reduce deformation if required.
