Q2.What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% before production. 70% Balance before shipment.
Q3.How about your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 10-15 days if the goods are in stock. Or it is 30-35 days after down payment and samples approval if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity. Art work and mould making is not included.
Q4.Can i place sample order for testing and checking befor placing the order?
A:Yes,you are warmly welcome to take the samples.
Q5.What is your warranty?
A:5 years,we are using super high density and exclusive formula of concrete material.
Q6: What's your packing?
A: Our standard package is 5 Five-layers export brown cartons with custom foam inside. Pallet and plywood packing is available as well.
Q7. How do you control the quality?
A: We will make samples before bulk production, and after sample approved,we will begin bulk production. Doing 100% inspection during production and random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.
