SG(B) Non-encapsulated Dry-type transformer

1. The well-designed coil structure and vacuum impregnation treatment process make the SG(B) transformer have no partial discharge, and during the whole life, there is no cracking phenomenon, and there is no imagination of the insulation level drop.

2. The high voltage adopts continuous winding, low voltage foil winding, the whole vacuum impregnation and curing treatment and adopts high-strength ceramic support, which has a good ability to withstand sudden short-circuit current.

3. Flame retardant, flame retardant, non-toxic, self-extinguishing, and fireproof.

4. Under the high-temperature open flame, the SG(B) transformer hardly produces any smoke.

5. The transformer is H-class (180℃) insulation.

6. The insulating layer is thin and uniform. Strong short-term overload capacity, no forced cooling, long-term overload of 120% and 140% overload for 3 hours. Since this insulating material is not aging and elastic, it can be fully loaded immediately at ±50°C.
