not a cheap product, and as such should be setup with 2 people to ensure your safety as much as the canopy

Yes but you would have to work deliberately as there is a step by step process.
Also, as this is a HD model, any one carrying it must be strong.
The good news is that this us a HD model and will last compared to the light duty models that bend easily and get metal fatigued
quickly
