Hydraulic Pneumatic CNC Copper Bar And Aluminum Bar Flash Butt Welder
UN heavy duty hydraulic butt welding machine is specially equipped with hydraulic clamping mechanism to meet the welding requirements of large weldments. It can weld low carbon steel, medium carbon steel, some alloy steel and non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum and their alloys). Resistance welding or flash welding can be used in welding. It mainly includes welding transformer, fixed electrode, moving electrode, pressure mechanism and control elements. During welding, the upsetting pressure can be adjusted to push the transverse moving cross frame to complete the feeding and pressurizing process. Protective plates are installed on both sides and under the welding joint to avoid molten metal splashing into the transformer and switch.
FEATURES AT A GLANCE
1. Hydraulic clamping mechanism. It is composed of hydraulic pump station, control box and hydraulic cylinder. The left and right cylinders are controlled separately.
2. Upsetting feeding mechanism: servo amplification control is adopted, and the value can be set directly on the software touch screen.
3. Switch control. The weldment is pressed and heated by electricity. The control power is supplied by an auxiliary transformer with a secondary voltage of 24V.
4. Electrical equipment. In order to obtain the required secondary no-load voltage, the adjustment stages are selected according to the nature of the weldment.
