75-200KVA Pneumatic Automatic Flash Steel Pipe Copper Aluminum Bar Wheel Butt Welder
Flash butt welding machine is principally employed in the butt joint of such compact surface weldments as mild steel or alloy steel bar, profiled bar and tool steel. It is also appropriate to the butt joint of the light sheet with a certain width. It can weld the car hub, and the colorful alloy materials with a big section like magnesium copper alloy and tin-copper alloy.
FEATURES AT A GLANCE
- This machine exports a regular flitting speed to coordinate the appropriate current, shaping a continuous sparking process. A good welding area will appear when the work piece welding area has reached a preheating temperature and a firm joint will be made with the help of enough welding current and upset force. The whole welding process is controlled by the micro-computer controller and is friendly to use. Compared with other welding machines,this model can reduce the welder power and preferably satisfy the dimensional requirements of the work pieces.
- The welders can be ordered on casters or v-wheels, to be easily slid in and out of a continuous wire straightener or when spool joining is required.
