The device is composed of cylinder, guide rod, guide plate, cleaning seat, cleaning room, cleaning block, sealing pad, control system, etc.One end of the cylinder fixed plate, the other end is connected to the guide plate,The guide rod is fixed to the cylinder fixing plate, the lower end of the guide rod is equipped with clearing blocks,guide plate and material cleaning room fixed installation.Middle part is complete with a gasket,the vacuum chamber is equipped with a vacuum suction port,equipped with vacuum gauge,The vacuum chamber is fixed to the clearance seat,clearance seat is fixed to the vacuum suction port of twins screw extruder (on working parts), equipped with gasket.
