8000 tons Hot selling STR STGF80 paddy rice silo magasin grain storage silo
Flat bottom grain silo is mainly used to store bulk grains. Large volume is its typical feature.The volume ranges from 1000 m³ to 40000 m³. The foundation is of flat concrete bottom for long-term storage of large quantities. The flat bottom grain silos are made of high quality 275g/m2, 300g/m2, 350g/m2 hot-dip galvanizing coating steel sheets.  

8000 tons silo is 10640 cubic meter.It can hold about 8000 tons paddy.For maize,it can hold more.The body size is φ23×29.8C.

1.Flat bottom grain silo is designed to stand up all kinds of bad weather,hot or cold,by adding insulation layers,grains can be perfectly protected from bad temperature.
2.The 275g/m2 double galvanized steel coating increases life and durability.
3.Adopting high tension stiffener(inside or outside silo) profiles make bins stronger allowing silos to stand well even under extreme hurricane.
4.Made of hot galvanized plate ,service time can reach to 20~30 years .

Sheet bending machine
We use bending machine to bend the steel sheet into the required shapes with high accuracy.
It is of high efficiency, it can also ensure the processing accuracy, so that the bending effect of the material is more accurate.



Punching Machine
We use punching machine to make hole with high accuracy.
With different molds, it can make blanking, punching, forming, deep drawing, trimming, fine blanking, shaping, riveting and extrusion parts, etc.
