Chain feeder printing slotting and die cutting machine
Machine Introduction:
1. Paper feeding roller: the upper roller uses ginning paper-feeding wheel while the lower roller uses steel ginning roller. The surface is hard chrome-plated, so that the paper can be feed smoothly and the corrugated paperboard will not be damaged.
2. The phase is adjusted digitally non-stopped at 360°. You can input the data according to the error and it will adjust automatically.
3.Ink circulating system:
1)The anilox roller adopts the combined roller of 200/220 steel wire.
2)The rubber roller is made up of natural rubber which is oil-proof, acid-proof and alkali-proof.
3)Halting with the ink well-distribute. The ink circulating system works when the machine stops for a short time. Clean-free to ensure the quality of the printed things and make the color show no difference.
4.Slotting part(optional): the phase in the slotting part can be adjusted electrically at 360°.
5.The whole machine is combined controlled pneumatically with the function of counting, alarming and operating at the back of the machine.
