2.1 What is the design philosophy of Ecohero?

The key of Ecohero is to help the Roadside restaurants, street vendors, food street vendors, food stalls to solve the problems of “Fume emission”, and after using our machine the Oil & fumes emission standards will be <0.2mg/m3 after using our machine.


 


2.2 Detail description:


1>"Ultra-low-altitude emission" and "standard emission"


      Ultra-low-altitude emission: The smoke stove is integrated and concentrated, and needt to installed the purifier model again, save a loft of install and maintenance fee. The air can be directly discharged into the air or connected to the main pipeline to discharge, reducing the amount of construction.


 


      Standard emission: both meet the national standard GB18483 emission standard (oil fume emission<2mg/m3) and landmark standard (oil fume emission<1mg/m3) at the same time in China

2>Principle of purification


1.) First, the cooking oil smoke will rise and meet the metal net plate (stainless steel, detachable, double-layer dislocation design, fire prevention) and condense, resulting in the "Kangda effect" (that means the gas contacts the metal surface and condenses and forms a fluid to achieve oily water, Separation effect), we design a small pull-out "oil tank" at the bottom right corner of the metal net plate, which can be cleaned every day.


 


2.) After the first filtration, the escaping small particles will enter our electrostatic module through the smoking area after purification (ESP dual electric field glow discharge + electrostatic machine integration, generating positive and negative plasma, double door design, removable cleaning), and the fresh air will coming out through the exhaust outlet gate at back of the machine (the rear exhaust outlet, the built-in fan has an air volume of 4000, reaching a purification efficiency of 97%), and there is no smoke by visual inspection.
