-We are a professional manufacturer of outdoor products and supporting indoor products. Our factory was founded in 2012 and has been around 10 years now.
2.Does your company participate in the exhibition? What are the specific exhibitions?
-Yes, we participate in major exhibitions around the world every year, such as: SPOGA GAFA Cologne; ISPO Munich in Germany; SHOT SHOW in Las Vegas, USA; AIFF SHOW in Australia, etc.
3.Where is your company? Can I come and visit?
-Our company is located in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China. Of course, we welcome your visit very much!
4. What is your payment method?
-We can accept T/T, L/G and other payment methods. T/T, Accept 30%. deposit payment, 70% payment before shipment.
5.Does your company provide after-sales service? What kind of after-sales service is provided?
-YES. We will provide professional after-sales service. If the product has quality problems, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
6.How long will it take to receive a reply when I send an inquiry? What are your working hours?
-We will reply you within 30 minutes to an hour after receiving the inquiry. Our usual working hours are 8am-17pm. (Except
statutory holidays)
7．Do your products support third-party testing, such as SGS? How about your company's quality control?
-YES. We have SGS, CE, GS,FSC and CSA and other international authoritative quality certificates. We also have our own QC department, with strict and professional quality standards for first-line production lines.
8.Do your products support customization? Can I put my logo on the product? What is the packaging of the product?
-YES. We can provide customers with customized services, including logo, product color, material, etc. As for packaging, we have regular packaging(opp bag, white box) for different products. If the customer needs customized, it can also meet the requirements.
9. What is the minimum order quantity?
-There are different MOQs for different products, usually MIN 1000 sets of customized models.
10.How long is the lead time generally?
-The delivery time is usually about 35-40 days, and the actual needs shall prevail.
11.How much is the sample fee? How often do samples come out？
-Usually there is no charge for samples if they are in stock. The samples will be prepared within 7-10 days.
