Manual type MS-P16HP is widely used in the field where there is no power supply.
It has the capacity of crimping high pressure hose from 1/4 inch to 1 inch with standard seven die sets.
P16HP uses the world famous hydraulic hand pump ''ENERPAC'', to enable it work with high accuracy and high stability.
It has the advantage of light weight '' 30KG'' before fill oil, so it is easy to take to any place that need.

The hose crimping machine is operated by hand pump, no power supply need.
High Precision Micrometer.
MS-P16HP can crimp hose from 1/4'' to 1'', with standard 7 die sets. The crimping size is controlled by a high precision micrometer up to 0.01mm accuracy.
Crimping Reference Table.
MS-P16HP is offered with a crimping reference chart, to tell the user, especially the new user, how to choose the die sets. Each die set has its own crimping range, choose the proper die sets for the crimping piece, will get a better crimping effect. The grey part is not recommended.
Die sets.
The 7 sets dies are put into the box on the bottom of the machine. It make the user easier to store the die sets when it not been used.

Tight Package.
MS-P16HP is tightly fasten on the bottom pallet.
Utilize plywood case as the final package, free fumigation for many countries, like Australia.
New hose crimping machine do not comes with hydraulic oil, users need to add new Telus T46 or equivalent hydraulic oil.
The working volume of the hydraulic pump is about 328mL. Add enough hydraulic oil to enable the machine can works well.
