1.Introduction

The GYC-ⅡRAILROAD TRUCK is special designed according to customer’s requirement, which is used for rail gauge 1435mm or other rail gauge, and running through the railway line blocked or on the road.

It equipped with power source, can running not only on the railway, but also on the road. Because the car is not a rail car, so when driving should not be too fast, traveling speed can not exceed 20km / h, please keep this in mind. If the risk of over speed, at your own risk. Vehicle usage and diesel engine usage please refer to the attached car usage and diesel engine instruction manual.

3. Usage

A.Usage

1. The GYC-Ⅱ Rail Road Vehicle is special designed according to customer’s requirement, which is used for rail gauge 1435mm, and running through the railway line blocked or on the road.

2. Please kindly read the ‘Ao Chi truck maintenance manual’ and’diesel engine manual’ before usage.

3. Running On The Rail:

(1) driving the railroad truck near to the rail, make the front and rear steering wheel alignment with the rail.

(2) depress the clutch pedal, and then press the “force”button ( gear pump and gearbox combination), gear pump work.

(3) hold down the“front guide wheel down”button, the front guide wheel down until contact with the rail, the cylinder stroke to the top. Noted that the guide wheel must be aligned with the rail, so that the guide wheel edge contact with the role of the rail. When the button is released, the guide wheel stops working.

(4) hold down the "rear guide wheel down" button, the rear guide wheel down until contact with the rail, the cylinder stroke to the top. Note that the guide wheel must be aligned with the rail, so that the guide wheel edge contact with the role of the rail. When the button is released, the guide wheel stops working.

(5) when the car is completely on the rail, depress the clutch pedal, and then press the "force" button again, so that the switch is turned off, the gear pump to stop working.

(6) According to the car manual and operating requirements, determine the direction of travel, loading and transportation operations.

(7) to be transported to the designated location, press the clutch pedal, and then press the "force" button, then hold down the "trunk lift" button, light step on the gas pedal, the car can be raised up, Remove from the rear, according to the actual requirements, adjust the lifting height (release the "trunk lift" button to stop the lifting operation). If the unloading is complete, press the clutch pedal, and then press the "force" button again, so that switch is turned off, the gear pump to stop working. Hold down the "car down" button, to be fully reset after the car, you can release the button.

4. Road Running:

(1) driving the railroad truck near to the crossing.

(2) depress the clutch pedal, and then press the "force" button (gear pump and gearbox combination), gear pump work.

(3) hold down the "front guide wheel up" button, the front guide wheel can be raised until the tank to rise to the top. When the button is released, the guide wheel stops working.

(4)  hold down the "rear guide wheel up" button, the rear guide wheel can be raised until the tank to rise to the top. When the button is released, the guide wheel stops working.

(5) depress the clutch pedal, and then press the "force" button again, so that the switch is turned off, the gear pump to stop working.

(6) According to the car manual and operating requirements, determine the direction of travel, loading and transportation operations.

5. Emergency Treatment

(1) when the transporter and rail derailment, depress the clutch pedal, and then press the "force" button, the gear pump to work.

(2) according to the actual situation, press and hold the "left before landing ", "left after landing ", "right before landing" or "right after landing" button until the vehicle reset, release the button.

(3) depress the clutch pedal, and then press the "force" button again, the gear pump stop working.
