Product Description
This model is controlled by fully pneumatic, so the structure is single layer stainless steel with
high speed disperser to produce washing products.
The pneumatic components are MBP motor ,the desperser and tank body are stainless steel (SUS304 or SUS316L is optional ) which completely meet GMP international requirements. We also can make the machine according to customers needs.

Pneumatic mixing perfume sterile storage tank
1. Equipped with pneumatic mixing motor, explosion-proof, suitable for liquid easy to deposit and layered like milk, compound solution or some substances with alcohol, like perfume or alcoholic beverage etc.
2. According to the material to be stored, the storage tank can be added with coil pipes for cooling or jackets for electric or steam heating.
3. 316L or 304stainless steel in good heat preservation performance, strong corrosion resistance, up to food grade and international GMP sanitary standard.
4. The accessories are as follows: inlet and outlet, manhole, thermometer, liquid level indicator, high and low liquid level alarm, fly and insect prevention spiracle, aseptic sampling vent, meter, CIP cleaning spraying head.
5. Manufactured by new craft, no tensile sinew in the tank body and angles in the tank wall.
6. Sediment and dirt naturally gather around the central drain outlet on the tank bottom. Only by regular open of the drain valve, dirt and sediment can be discharged without extra cleaning.
