We provide EMI shielding gaskets in various specifications and this is just one of our gaskets options. The metal wire meshes are knitted with the knitting machines developed by our engineers to ensure military grade quality.
Knitted wire gaskets consist of metal wires that are knitted and can be formed to several shapes. However, the following shapes have developed to a sort of standard:
- round profiles
- round core with fin
- rectangular profiles
- double round core with fin
Standard metal wires are:
- TCS (tin plated copper clad steel)
Monel(alloy of nickel and copper)
Stainless Steel
