1. Are you a factory?
Yes, we are a professional manufacturer with over 10 years' experience in leather products. Our main products are lether silm wallets, card holders, leather pen cases, leather bookmarks etc.
2. Can I get a sample?
If you need to make custom sample, the cost will be around 30-100USD depends on different
styles.
Sample cost is refundable after order confirmed if order quantity meets 3,000pcs.
3. What’s your standard lead time for samples and mass production?
For samples, it’s about 2-4 working days.
For mass production, It’s about 18-22 working days after samples and orders are confirmed.
4. Can I add my logo on the products?
Yes, OEM and ODM are available for us. Please send us the artwork in AI PSD CDR format.
5. Are your products handmade?
We offer handmade or machined styles. It depend on the styles.
6. How to know your bulk order quality?
Once order confirmed, we will list clear details to ensure we are in same in page. And ask the production Dep arrange PP sample if need. Our QC team will do inspection according to AQL standard in mass production and make sure the quality is good before shipping out.
Your QC or 3rd party inspector is also welcome.
7. Can your manufacture product pass CPSIA, ASTM, EN71, REACH etc test?
Yes, we have been providing some items under those regulations. Please contact with our sales team for more information.
