A1.Usually we appreciate T/T, D/P. 30% as deposit and 70% balance should be paid before we ship out the machine. The specific situation can be negotiated!

A2.The packing machine all belongs to the custom product, because each customer's packing material, the packing bag size is all different, therefore does not have the complete machine stock. The manufacturer's main cabinet and related accessories have stock, can be installed immediately according to customer needs, general conventional models single production cycle is seven to ten days.
Q3. Does the price you quote include tax and shipping?
A3.The prices we quoted do not include tax. Normally machine would be shipped out from Xiamen Port, or a port designated by the customer.
Q4. Which country were your Packing Machines sold to already?
A4.Our packing machine were sold world widely, including our domestic market in China and international market such as the USA, Europe, Southeast Asia, Korea etc.
Q5. Is it easy to operate the Packing Machine?
A5.Our Packing Machine is easy to operate. Our clients learn the operation by the Video we sent, and then they can easily master the operation. Besides, if necessary, you also can sent a staff to inspect the Packing Machine before shipment, and learn the operation in our factory
Q6. Can you make the sample?
A6.We can make samples according to your requirements after receiving the materials from you. Once the samples are finished, you will pay the postage on delivery.
Q7. Can I come to visit your factory?
A7.Your Visit is welcome! Our factory is about an hour’s drive from Xiamen City

A8.Any questions in technical can contact us by email or by phone. Engineer can be distributed into overseas if required.
