Product Description

WYD's flexitanks are made of imported PE PP material, the PE material has passed tensile test with resilient quality, hard to prick even with knives. The outer layer PP fabric is finely woven, with more powerful strength than ordinary PP material.

The poles on the door sides we use are plastic, which do not only stand strong, but also water-proof compared to the paper roll poles widely used in the market now.

+We have gained patents on the clips on the steel pipes, it is easy to install and dismantle.

+We have gained patents on the stainless steel barrier, which is a better substitute of a plastic barrier on the valve and it is rigid enough not to break and deform.

The big bulkhead we use are made of special paper, which are water proof and rigid enough.

We prefer to use ball valve instead of butterfly valve, because ball valve has better leakproofness and its PP material won't contaminate the liquid inside of the flexibag.

Applications

Flexitank can be used in many ways:

1. FOOD-GRADE LIQUIDS STORAGE

Flexitanks enable the safe and efficient storage of food-grade liquid ingredients, such as various different kinds of oils, milk, juices, wines, fructose syrup, and others.

2.FUEL STORAGE
Flexitanks can be used to house food liquid oil such as palm oil, sunflower oil, all kinds of edible oil as well as liquid fuel such as gasoline, diesel, and oil.

3. POTABLE WATER STORAGE
Flexitanks are used in all types of disaster relief and emergency operations around the world. Flexitanks occupy minimal space and can be easily transported and used on the spot. In addition to fuel, potable water is another liquid that must be readily available especially in a circumstance where it may be scarce.

4. INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS STORAGE
Flexitanks are ideal for transporting and storing industrial liquid chemicals. These include liquid detergents, lubricants, fertilizers, liquid latex, and paints, etc.
