What is SCR?----SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) transforms the harmful nitrogen oxides (NOx) in the exhaust of diesel vehicles into harmless nitrogen gas and water vapour. The SCR solution is metered into the exhaust system in front of a catalyst. The urea hydrolyses to ammonia which then reacts with the NOx in the exhaust gas. 

What is DEF?----DEF is aqueous urea solution used in SCR systems on diesel vehicles. SCR Urea complies with ISO 22241-1 and DIN 70070 standards

why our SCR urea can be making DEF?----The raw material of our urea is pure natural gas, so that the urea is with low Biuret, low  Aldehydes and low heavy metal materials; We have the most advanced production equipment and testing equipment.

SCR system includes urea tank (loaded with diesel exhaust treatment liquid), SCR catalytic reaction tank. The operation process of the SCR system is as follow: when nitrogen oxides are found in the exhaust pipe, the urea tank automatically spits out diesel exhaust treatment liquid, and the diesel exhaust treatment liquid and nitrogen oxides take place in the SCR catalytic reaction tank for REDOX reaction, generating pollution-free nitrogen and water vapor discharge.
