1.5 Oscillation and Telescoping

The oscillation shall not be more than 2mm,and telescoping no more than 5mm.

1.6 Edge camber

The edge camber shall not be more than 1mm maximum in 1000mm on the strip

1.7 Flatness

The gap between the strip and the flat surface should less than 6mm, the amount of wave in one meter length should no more than 3.

1.8 Surface Roughness:Ra:0.30~0.60 μm.

2. Appearance quality

The surface should be clean, even texture. Defects which may affect the material processing are forbidden, such as serious scratches, speckles, corrosions, oil stains, air entrapments, holes, peeling, inclusions, metal and nonmetal inclusions, black streaks or black lines.

2.2. The trimmed coil must be without cracks,clean cutting edge

2.3. The coils should be tight and even on the edges ,no splice
