ISHIFUKU	Sending of quotation	Since the market price of precious metals fluctuates daily, the quotation is valid only on the day it is submitted. If you would like to place an order after the date of the quotation, we will submit another quotation based on the market price on the date you indicated.
Customer	Order	Please send us your order form within the quotation validity period. If you are unable to send us an order form within the quotation validity period, you can send us a message stating that you would like to place an order and we will accept it as the order. You need to issue the order form later even if you order by sending messages.
ISHIFUKU	Notification of the confirmed ship date	The confirmed ship date refers to the date of shipment from our company. Please note that we cannot guarantee the arrival date to your company.
ISHIFUKU	Sending of Invoice	We will send you the INVOICE with our designated account number.
Customer	Bank transfer	Since it takes time(about 1day) to confirm receipt of the payment, you need to make it by the day before ship date.
ISHIFUKU	Shipment	In the case of CIP shipment, we will send you the invoice on the day of shipment. Please check out the transportation status by yourself.

Do you guarantee lifetimes for each of your products?	We do not support the guarantee of lifetimes.
What is the unit of measurement?	The unit of measurement is "mm". We do not support "Inch". Inner and outer diameters are controlled to two decimal places, and tolerances are controlled to three decimal places.
Does it comply with "ASTM standards"?	Our products do not conform to "ASTM".
