A: 1-3pc stock samples is free of charge with freight collect.
2. Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Normally MOQ is 50pcs per color.
The price is good based on MOQ.
For some items, we can do it for 20pcs.
3. Q: Can your pens be customized?
A: Sure, pen can be made as per your detailed requirements.
Such as add logo, different color, open an new mould, and so on.
4: How about the delivery date?
A: For normal items delivery time is 10-15days.
5. Q: How can we get the Quotation and the shipping?
A:- Please inform us model number and inquiry quantity, we will respond you promptly.
6.Q: Can we print or laser our LOGO on your products?
A: Sure, warmly welcome! Please send us logo files with "AI, CDR, HD picture(PDF, JPG)" format.
7.Q: I need some product very urgent, how soon I can get it?
A: - For any more products, please send your design and quantity to our sales to get turn-around time.
8.Q: The express ( UPS / TNT / DHL / FEDEX ) lost / broken my parcel, how could I do?
A: - If you didn’t receive your parcel in time, feel free to contact us, we’ll track the parcel for you.
- If you receive it, but it’s broken, part or all of products broken or lost, please take photo and refused to sign for it, then please send photo to us, we’ll contact the express for claim and re-make products for you for free if you still need them.
